In case of Full Course or Subject Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal, Admission formalities completed by “Coaching PSP” and students confirmation for the same has been received through email or registered mobile number	Not refundable
In case of Full Course or Subject Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Student has raised a refund request within 2 Days from the date of Payment	Refundable after deducting Cancellation Charges @ 2%
In case of Full Course or Subject Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Student has raised a refund request after 2 Days from the date of Payment but before Completion of Admission formalities with the Coaching PSP. (Student doesn’t want to take admission in the Coaching PSP) but not Exceeding 10 Days from the date of payment.	Refundable after deducting Cancellation Charges @ 5%
In case of Full Course or Subject Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Coaching PSP has declined the admission of the learner	Refundable
In case of Full Course or Subject Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Student has raised a refund request after Completion of Admission formalities with the Coaching PSP.	Not Refundable
In case of Topic Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Coaching PSP has not made any changes in the time table	Not refundable
In case of Topic Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal- Coaching PSP has made any changes in the time table and students willing to take the refund due to such change	Refundable
In case of Topic Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal-Coaching PSP did not delivered the service.	Refundable
In case of Topic Subscription and fees Paid through Concepcare portal-Student not willing to attend the lecture and asking for refund	Not refundable
In case of Home Tuitions, E-Learning & Hourly Subscription.	Amount for total lectures/hours attended will be dedected and rest will be transfered to the student.

In case of any Refund or Charge Back the first point of contact is ConceptCare subject to our refund policies.

The term “Coaching PSP” herein means Coaching Principal Service Provider i.e. Coaching institute or Professors who will be providing the services or responsible for providing the services of coaching, teaching or training at their premises.

The terms “ConceptCare”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean ConceptCare Professionals Private Limited.

The terms “Students”, “Learner” “beneficiary” is used for the same meaning.
